In a perfect world, all art would be vector based from a design program such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. They can be emailed to us as .AI, .PDF, or .EPS. Please expand (or outline) all fonts prior to email. We also commonly work with Adobe Photoshop.
JPG and PNG files generally do not work well. They are most commonly used for fast viewing on the internet, and are generally too low in quality to be much good.
HOWEVER, we understand that not everyone has access to design software, so we do our best to be accomodating. Send us the best quality image you have and we’ll make it work! Some design fees may apply for vectorizing your image. Typical rate is $20 per 1/2 hour.

All of them. Whenever possible, we use stock colors because they help maintain consistensy and prevent wasted ink. However, if we don’t have it, we’ll mix it!
Predominantly, we use plastisol, which is a standard in the industry. It is easy to use, and never goes bad, so there is seldom any waste. We also use water based inks when appropriate. Waterbased inks are typically used on light colored fabrics, and do have some limitations. If you are interested, ask! When appropriate, we can also print with discharge inks. Discharge inks bleach and dye the fabric simultaneously, creating a print with no hand feel. They are best used on prints with large areas of color, and can only be effectively used on 100% cotton fabrics.
Yes. Typically we will print full color photos digitally. We can also print photos utilizing full color printed transfers.
Absolutely! We can help you make good design decisions and make your design a reality. If design time is required, it will be added to the bill at $20/ half hour.
We do not charge set up fees for 1, 2, or 3 color prints. We do charge fees at 4 color and higher. This helps to offset the time involved in exposing, setting up, and cleaning out multiple screens.
Our most commonly used brands are Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Hanes, Independent Trading Co, and J America. However, we have access to a dizzying array of options. Just ask!!
For the most part, if it can lay flat, we can print it! Shirts, pants, sweatshirts, bags, onesies, towels, can coozies, posters etc etc. If we can’t print on it, we’ll try and help you figure out who can.
Currently, we do not embroider in house. However, we can certainly take care of your embroidery needs for you! We have a great working relationship with a handful of local embroiderers.
When it comes to apparel and the environment, the best option, hands-down is 100% cotton, made and assembled in America. The less shipping back and forth across oceans, the better!!
Some companies make their fabric in the US and then ship overseas for sewing and assemblies. Others buy their fabric from overseas and assemble in the U.S. Currently, the only brand we carry that makes their own fabric, dyes, and assembles in the US is U.S. Blanks. Some other companies that manufacture in America are Bayside, Los Angeles Apparel and American Apparel USA (AA now also operates American Apparel Worldwide, which are made overseas). Bella+Canvas also has US made options.
Yes! The standard for hats is embroidery, but they can also be printed using high quality transfers.
All pricing is for basic brand t-shirts (any color) and is subject to change. Please call for an estimate on higher quantities, designs with more than two colors, or apparel items other than t-shirts.
Additional colors or print locations per shirt will incur an extra charge. Premium quality shirts -- add $2-3 XXL and larger -- add $2 No set up fees for 1, 2, and 3 color prints
